I've just received an email from Dannie Houlden, who will be running the course. He says that it will cover the following topics:
Dealing with an incident
Dealing with an incident
Recovery position
CPR adults
CPR (Child & Baby)
Choking
Infantile convulsions
Bleeding
Questions and Answers
He reckons he needs 5 hours to cover everything so, with an 11am start we'll finish at 5pm, with an hour's break for lunch. Numbers will be limited to 12 so there may be competition for places. You have been warned!! You'll need to arrange for the children to be looked after during the day, because we can't afford to run a creche. Let me know if that's a problem.
Of course, this means that there won't be enough time for the Jolly Roger trip, which is no bad thing because we know that our budget has been over-extended.
